You are welcome to select your stand in Phase 1B and C consisting of smaller stands ranging from less than 500sqm to 1,000sqm. I have attached a coloured layout for ease of reference and attached our current sales activity layout, showing available stands.

Pomona City will be a secure gated community and estate comprising predominantly residential stands with some abutting onto the Wingate Park Golf Course. The estate is currently accessed via Alps Road and will also have access via Borrowdale Road in the future. The estate comprises a shopping center, schools, a park, club house, creche and church avenue.

Pricing is as below:

Payment Plans are available with the following terms:

• 25% Deposit;
• Payment period 25 months;
• 1% interest per month on a residual balance from the 3rd month;

Prices exclude VAT. The payment plan is a minimum of 30% deposit and up to 12 months installment payments. There is a 1% interest charged from the 4th month on a residual balance per month. Vat is 14.5% while conveyancing and duty is a total of approx 6%.
